"The NHAC has room for a small stage for live bands, a few old battered sofas for lounging around and a dark enough dance floor that’s perfect for forgetting all your inhibitions." Elle Magazine

THE WEEK AT THE ARTSCLUB: The early part of the week breed the best in specialist interest evenings for the eclectic culture creature. Mondays is dedictated to "art students and othe misfits" with events alternating between Robert Rubbish's WORLD OF TWIST, our demented bass night DIVE and the bi-monthly CRAFT NIGHT. You will often find bands playing on these nights, as you will on Tuesdays where you might join 62 year old legend DJ Derek or Client and friends telling the history or predicting the future of electronic music. Sets from Andy Fletcher (Depeche Mode) and Daniel Miller (the founder of Mute records) are worth the experience! |

Midweek
we have DEATH DISCO with Alan McGee
who (re-) writes the story of Rock every Wednesday
whilst YOYO on Thursdays
takes an edgy view on hip-hop and r&bm. It saw the first ever live
concerts by Lily Allen last year! Both events offer plenty of live
bands.
